Gary Hugeback is President of Integrated Real Estate Services, Inc (IRES), which was established in 1989. He is the founding broker and has been licensed in Minnesota since 1971. In addition to his leadership role in IRES, he has served the real estate industry as President of a local board of realtors, past Vice President of the State Association of Realtors and National Director to the National Association of Realtors.
He earned a BS degree from Mankato State College, Mankato, MN and a MA from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA. Further, he has taken a multiplicity of real estate continuing education courses, earned real estate designations, and attended professional conferences in order to continually upgrade his credentials.
Beyond the significant sales, leasing and development opportunities he has offered to clients, Hugeback has personally owned and developed numerous projects ranging from apartments, strip centers, offices, industrial buildings, gas/convenience stores, and restaurants.
Finally, Gary has been active in several different community and local professional organizations and boards. He enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren as time permits.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Alan Hamel has been involved with the Twin Cities commercial real estate industry since 1977. He is a leader in the Twin Cities commercial real estate community, with an in depth knowledge of the real estate market, demonstrated track record of real estate success, and the ability and experience to meet his clients real estate sales and leasing needs.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Alan has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983. He specializes in the sales and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties and the sale of raw land for development. Alan developed and managed commercial real estate for many years, serving as the President of the Gaughan Companies for 17 years.
MISSION: Alan's mission is to consistently deliver to his clients the most professional and comprehensive commercial real estate service in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
EDUCATION AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE: Alan holds BA and MA degrees from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His Master's Degree is in Urban and Regional Planning. He served as the City Planner/Community Development Director for the City of Coon Rapids from 1971-1977.
PERSONAL: Alan is married and is a father and step father. He has numerous interest including sports, hunting, fishing, billiards, gardening, reading and travel.

Bill Hughes has been active in the commercial real estate market in the Twin Cities metro area with Integrated Real Estate Services since 1993. During that time he has gained a wealth of knowledge regarding the local real estate market, which he has successfully used to assist his clients with their purchase/sales and leasing transactions involving a variety of industrial, office and retail properties as well as land for development.
Bill is originally from Mankato, Minnesota where he graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in Business/Accounting. After graduation, he spent 23 years utilizing this degree in a variety of positions with several manufacturing and distribution companies before joining Integrated Real Estate Services. This background has enabled Bill to better understand the needs of today’s business owners and he looks forward to continuing to assist both his existing and new client in their search for business opportunities.
Bill is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR). During his free time, Bill enjoys hunting and fishing near his cabin up north as well as spectator sports and travel.
